How fast is delivery?↓
Most orders arrive in 15-25 minutes inside our active coverage zones in Lagos State (Ajah, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ikeja, Surulere, and Yaba).
Can I pay on delivery?↓
Yes, Pay on Delivery (POD) via cash, POS card terminal, or mobile bank transfer is fully supported for all order locations.
Do you support instant refunds?↓
Absolutely. If an item is cancelled or returned at doorstep, refunds are immediately credited directly to your Sharpalee wallet for future purchases.
Is there a minimum order amount for free delivery?↓
Delivery is completely free for orders above ₦15,000. For orders under ₦15,000, a standard low delivery fee applies.
How are fresh vegetables & produce sourced?↓
We source our vegetables daily from local organic partner farms. They are cleaned, prepped, sand-trimmed, and refrigerated within our local micro-warehouses to guarantee peak freshness.
How do I track my delivery in real time?↓
Once your order is placed, you can visit the Track Order section or click the real-time link sent via SMS to watch your rider on a live map.
What if I need to change my delivery address?↓
You can update your delivery address or add specific rider instructions before your order enters the 'Out for Delivery' stage by contacting live support.
